As part of the forest trailsd there is a wooden bridge over the Little Ouse River at the St Helens picnic site.
The bridge is located just to the south of the St Helens picnic site car park. St Helen's Picnic site is located next to the river and is a great base from which to explore. The bridge is narrow only suitable for walkers and horses. It is of wooden construction on concrete pillars. When I was a kid people visited the site to swim in the river, don't know if they still do.
